CBSE Mandatory Disclosure

 

1. Nests School Trust registration

Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS), Newsa, is established and managed under the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. The school functions in accordance with the policies, guidelines, and administrative framework prescribed by NESTS for providing quality residential education to Scheduled Tribe (ST) students.

The school is governed through the competent authorities designated by NESTS and complies with all applicable statutory, administrative, and academic requirements. It is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and high standards in education, administration, and student welfare.

The school operates under the administrative control of NESTS and is committed to providing quality education and holistic development to tribal students in accordance with Government of India guidelines.

2. Building safety certificate 

Our school building is structurally safe, well-maintained, and designed to provide a secure learning environment for all students and staff. Regular safety inspections and maintenance are carried out to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards. The school remains committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and child-friendly campus.

3. Fire safety certificate

Our school places the highest priority on fire safety and has taken all necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of students, staff, and visitors. Fire extinguishers are installed at appropriate locations throughout the campus and are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they are in proper working condition. Emergency exits are kept accessible, and the school follows all prescribed fire safety norms and regulations.

The school conducts regular fire safety awareness programmes and mock evacuation drills to prepare students and staff for emergency situations. Teachers and support staff are familiar with emergency response procedures and guide students during drills. 4.Cbse Affiliation

5. Water Test Report

he school provides safe and clean drinking water to all students and staff through a reliable water supply system. Water storage tanks and drinking water facilities are cleaned and maintained regularly to ensure hygiene and safety.

The school has adequate separate sanitation facilities for boys, girls, and staff. All toilets are kept clean and functional through regular cleaning and maintenance. Handwashing stations with soap and running water are available at convenient locations to promote good hygiene practices.

6. School PTA Members

7. Copy of Noc From State Government is not Required for Eklavya Model Residential School Since these are established by the Government of India through the Ministry of Tribal Affairs/NESTS in coordination with State Governments, a separate State NOC is generally not required simply because it is a Central Government school.

8. Recognition Certificate Under RTE Act 2009 is Not Applicable.

9. Cbse Self Certification

Our school has completed the self-certification process in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by CBSE. The school certifies that all essential safety measures, including fire safety, structural stability, sanitation, safe drinking water, electrical safety, and disaster preparedness, are in place and are regularly monitored. The school ensures that the campus provides a safe, secure, and healthy environment for all students, staff, and visitors.

All important information related to the school, such as CBSE affiliation details, infrastructure, teaching staff, academic performance, safety certificates, and other required records, is maintained and made available as per CBSE norms.
